Tehran short filmfest hosts ‘Cesarean’

Director of ‘Cesarean’, Omid Vafaie says his short film will partake in Tehran Short Film Festival after it is compiled.

“Vafaie" said the short film was produced in partnership with Iranian Youth Cinema Society. He announced that shooting is wrapped up, and compilation work is underway.

The 35-minute film's theme is character transformation, showing how the story’s main character who is a man is transformed into a donkey. The movie actually describes change in the boundary between reality and illusion that sometimes occurs in the minds of people.

Vafaie noted that the short film will be ready to take part in different festivals including Tehran Short Film Festival.
